Are you tired of not being able to control your monthly expenses? With this spreadsheet, you can understand where you are spending more money throughout the months and then try to cut your unnecessary expenses. In this fspreadsheet you can also put your incomes, and compare at the end of each month, if your balance is positive or negative, with the help of ours tables and bar charts.
With the GO AHEAD BUDGET spreadsheet, you have 20 categories of expenses, which are divided into more than 235 subcategories.
MAIN FEATURES
EXPENSES
In the cells of the Amount column, add the value in $ of your expenses, and in the Description column, click the corresponding cell and select from the dropdown list the corresponding subcategory (see image).
INCOME
In the cells of the Amount column, add the value in $ of yours earnings, and in the Description column, write the corresponding income (e.g. SALARY).
ANNUAL SUMMARY
Simultaneously with the Monthly tabs, the amounts of the added expenses of each month are transferred directly to the ANNUAL SUMMARY tab, and presents at the end of the tab 4 charts, corresponding to Expenses Percentage by Category, Expenses in $ by Category, Monthly Income and Monthly Balance.
YEAR BUDGET
This tab is intended to be completed at the beginning of each year, with the completion of the Expected Value column, where you put the maximum amount that you expect to spend for each subcategory during the year. Then, throughout the year all costs associated with each subcategory will be added automatically and sent to this tab, so you can check if you are achieving the goals outlined at the beginning of the year.
